Perhaps the only element of the our knowledge-hungry society that grows faster than information on the Internet is the hype that serves as its messenger. No grocery store magazine aisle sans Internet promotion exists. Having been raised as professionals within the confines of the Internet, each member of the Novia Support Team has been a living witness to the hyperbole associated with Internet connectivity. This perspective is the primary ingredient behind the successful relationship Novia enjoys with its business customers. We do not and will not sell you the proverbial "steamboat" in the Sahara. The Internet is an evolving universe of incredible opportunity, but its potential does not give us the right to mislead you. Not every business stands to benefit from a graphically intensive webpage with a glitzy interface; some simply need an e-mail presence on the Internet, a low-cost service we are happy to provide. We operate in a highly competitive market, one in which larger and more capital-rich corporations stand to gain a lion's share of the market through aggressive pricing structures and "kitchen-sink" plans for customers. We are mindful of the threat they represent to an enterprise like ours, but we have survived and will continue to prosper because of what we offer that they do not: the opportunity to convey a customized, cost-effective Internet presence armed with the guidance of a knowledgable and customer-centered team of experts. We do not look upon access to the Internet as a product that we can sell like breakfast cereal. We do not look upon our customers as a faceless fountain of revenue with whom we will spend a few minutes boilerplating a webpage before moving on to the next account receivable. We were passionate proponents of the Internet when access to it was largely contained within the realm of higher education and public research. As a commercial enterprise, we retain that passion but have married it to business acumen. We are realistic, dedicated professionals. The following is a partial list of our business clients, those who have seen in Novia what they cannot locate elsewhere. We hope to find your business on this list in the near future.

Founded in 1994, Novia Internetworking is committed to providing reliable, cost-effective, high-quality personal and business connectivity to the global Internet. Services Novia provides include Internet Presence Providing of corporate Web sites, dialup access via analog modem or ISDN, and dedicated, full-time connectivity to the Internet via ISDN, Frame Relay, and point-to-point data circuits ranging from 56Kbps to T-1. Novia's support staff represents 46 years of aggregate Internet and computer networking experience, in areas ranging from the design and implementation of TCP/IP Networks to UNIX Systems Administration and programming in C, C++, PERL, and HTML. Novia's primary Internet link runs over Teleport Communication Group's (TCG's) metropolitan area fiber-optic network to U.S. Sprint's local point-of-presence at full T-1. Sprint, in turn, uses 100% fiber to reach its high-speed SprintLink SONET backbone in Chicago, Illinois. SprintLink is interconnected using T-3 (45Mbps) to reach major peering locations throughout the world (CIX-West, MAE-East, MCI, et cetera). TCG's advanced self-healing network technology guarantees uninterrupted service even in the unlikely event of a fiber cut. Sprint's SONET technology guarantees high-speed throughput and similar redundancy features. We have built our network and chosen our interconnections with performance and reliability in mind. The result is that your customers can always reach you and you can always reach the resources you need.
